Rise Carmel is a women health practice in Carmel, California, founded by Dr. Judy Honegger, DO, FACOG.

The practice was created from the personal and professional journey of Dr. Judy Honegger. As a board certified gynecologist, she saw how traditional medicine often overlooked the full spectrum of womens health, especially during key life stages such as perimenopause and menopause. When she entered perimenopause herself in her mid 30s, she experienced the same lack of support and resources her patients faced.

Determined to change this, Dr. Honegger immersed herself in advanced training in hormone optimization, integrative wellness, and intimate health.
