Judy “Dede” Farnsworth, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in Women's Health.  For more than 35 years she has helped provide gynecologic care to women in Connecticut. 
Judy offers specialized care for a wide range of women's health issues including menopausal symptoms, sexual health conditions such as sexual dysfunction and sexually transmitted diseases, contraceptive counseling, gynecologic skin conditions, and yearly wellness exams. Judy also treats women diagnosed with eating disorders and weight management conditions. She strives to improve the quality of life for each of her patients, ensuring both physical and mental health needs are addressed.   
Judy provides supportive and personalized care, in a relaxed environment, helping women throughout every stage of life. She practices evidence-based medicine and ensures that each treatment plan is individualized and best fits a patient’s beliefs and lifestyle.
