Dr. Parker is a clinical optometrist whose experience and expertise include extensive medical mission work in such far-reaching areas as Kenya, Haiti, and Nigeria. Dr. Parker graduated from Austin College where he played Varsity football and earned Academic All-Conference honors in the American Southwest Conference. After completing his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry, Dr. Parker completed his Optometric Residency in Ocular Disease and Cataract Surgery Co-Management at the Eye Center of Texas.
