Dr. Maratt continues to utilize his education in computer science in both his research and clinical practice. In late 2021, Dr. Maratt collaborated with Forté's surgical team to put Stryker Mako SmartRobotics to work for the first time to create a 3D pre-plan, resulting in a more precise knee replacement surgery, a smaller incision and a patient who returned home after just a few hours.
