The biggest influence in Jordan’s life was his grandfather. Before his grandfather passed away, he was lying on the hospital bed and gave Jordan the strongest hug he has ever had. He told Jordan to work hard in life and never give up; Jordan strives to follow these sentiments. Jordan knew he wanted to help people so he chose nursing as a career after his brother went into the profession. When Jordan first became a nurse, he became impressed with the world of orthopedics and admired the physician’s work ethic and their efficiency.
