Jones Assurance Property Management was founded with the primary goal of being the most investor friendly property management group in Upstate South Caroina.

We manage a wide variety of residential properties and commercial properties in the Easley, Anderson, Piedmont, Powdersville, Greenville, and Clemson areas of the Upstate of South Carolina.

Our objective is to assist our property owners with not only the day to day managing of their properties, but also help them to make smart investment decisions starting from the ground level up.

We keep up to date market data in order to help our owners receive the most return on their investments. We understand that our clients want more than just a tenant in their property, but they want a company that will take care of their property.
