My primary goal as a psychologist is to help the client clarify their presenting problem and work with them towards reducing their suffering and enhancing their quality of life. I work with both adults and adolescents that may be experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, anger, and post-traumatic stress. I provide psychological assessments for a variety of complaints, and ground my counseling work in scientific, evidence-based interventions such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis, and various mindfulness-based interventions.
