My passion is to assist you in becoming aware of how to overcome challenges in your life. Initially, challenges may appear covert and discovering the root cause can bring freedom to your life. Challenges can stem from current/past trauma, depression, anxiety, social relationships, communication barriers in marriages/couples, or feelings of isolation/loneliness. You do not have to be in this alone. Being supported, or validated, through counseling can bring clarity and hope into your life. I assist you by providing support, navigating challenges, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating your success overcoming those challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individual sessions.
