Great communication as a realtor. LIstened to what we desired as a buyer and ensured we took the proper steps to ensure we could follow through the process with little to no hurdles. The timeliness of new properties sent to us via email and ensuring that we as the seller, were happy with how we initiated our bid. He ensured we were properly and thoroughly about the buying process. He also provided superb video tours, on YouTube, of the homes we were interested in as we were out-of-state buyers. He would show every room of the house and give the pros and cons of each room as he saw them. He did offer advice when asked but was never pushy with the advice. Definitely, an agent that responds as we put a bid on a house within 24 hrs of it being on the market and he even was willing to ensure the seller got our bid as one of the first four that they looked at. Superb customer service.
