I am a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and also a Family Nurse Practitioner and my goal is to help my patients thrive in their personal and professional endeavors. I believe in doing what’s best for the patient and treating the whole person, focusing on physical, mental and emotional health. My goal is to form a collaborative relationship and work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that focuses on the individual’s goals. I have worked with patients across the lifespan, from pediatric patients to the elderly but my specialty is with adults and adolescents.

My experience includes treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, substance abuse and psychotic disorders. I offer pharmacology in addition to psychotherapy to provide individualized patient-centered care. I am approachable and compassionate to my clients and their families. You will find that I will emphasize that self-care techniques, healthy habits and coping skills are just as important as medication compliance.

Patients can expect a relationship based on trust and open communication. I will provide a thorough and informed evaluation and develop a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with the patient’s values and goals.
