I have been working in the field of mental health for 21 years in different capacities. I have had my license since 2010 and have been working with children, adolescents and adults. I am hoping to provide a space that feels safe so we can empower you to find healing and to engage in life. We all have the tools, we just may need support to figure out how to engage and strengthen them.
