I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University in 2004, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) from The Catholic University of America in 2012, and a Post-Graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Shenandoah University in May 2023. I am nationally certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and American Nurses Credentialing Center.

I worked as a nurse and then a PNP in the Navy for 14 years, at CHKD Pediatric Urgent Care from 2019-2024, and started working as a PMHNP-BC in 2023.

Throughout my career I have worked with many families who have struggled to find and access mental healthcare for their children.
