Dr. Lewis was born and raised in Zionsville, Indiana. After receiving his bachelor's degree in microbiology from Purdue University, he received his doctor of medicine degree from the Indiana University Medical School. Dr. Lewis completed his residency training in family medicine at the St. Vincent Family Medicine Program in Indianapolis, where he served as chief resident during his final year of residency.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Lewis enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a special interest in rural and international medicine. Dr. Lewis is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Lewis enjoys playing golf, projects around the home, and spending time with his wife, Bethany, and children, Hadley and Bennett. They reside in Noblesville.
