Dr. Jason S. Chong received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (2009) and a Certificate in Prosthodontics (2012) from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Dr. Chong has been a faculty member at the University of Minnesota since 2014.

A key member of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Chong has more than 10 years of experience diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients with complex dental needs. With an in-depth knowledge of advanced laboratory techniques, Dr. Chong works with each patient to identify their unique dental goals and develop a customized treatment plan, including full-mouth reconstruction and dental implants.
