Janette Carlin, NP

Very unprofessional. Janette is the home health care provider for my father with dementia, who lives in memory care. John Muir's home health department gives 3 hour appointment windows, which Janette does not abide by. She frequently has arrived for appointments outside of the appointment window, conducts the appointment in less than ten minutes, then leaves. She does not speak to his caretakers, who also report never seeing her. She does not even inspect for bed sores, which my father is at high risk for. I am reporting her to the Ombudsman and highly recommend avoiding Janette as a caretaker for you or anyone you love.
