The mission of Healing Hearts and Minds is simple: to create a therapeutic space that honors the whole person emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe healing happens when you're met with compassion, challenged with purpose, and supported without judgment.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Healing Hearts and Minds, LLC. I help individuals who feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck reconnect with themselves and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic because I know how transformative it can be to finally feel seen, supported, and understood.
I’m licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, offering in-person sessions in Georgia and virtual sessions for those located in South Carolina.
