Serving the community is important to me. Growing up in a small town and working for my father’s family business fostered this love for helping others, and the volunteer work I did while in school showed me how much I enjoyed getting to know people from all walks of life. It was the experience of assisting at a student-run clinic and homeless shelter during medical school that led me to family medicine.

My patients would describe me as easy to relate to and connect with. I am upbeat and positive, but also have a serious and comforting side. It’s such a privilege to meet new patients and build long-lasting relationships with them.
