Jack Stack Barbecue is a fourth-generation, family-owned barbecue restaurant that has operated in the Kansas City area since 1957. Known as the largest wood-fired cookery in the United States, "Jack Stack" in Lenexa features over 10 barbecued meats, including beef and pork burnt ends, pork spare ribs, baby back ribs, beef back ribs, lamb ribs, smoked sausage, crown prime beef ribs and much, much more. Jack Stack Barbecue is also known for its signature sides, like it's slow-cooked hickory pit beans, cheesy corn and cheesy potato bake.
