Honest service provider. It's spring and our tile floors really need attention after our shut-in
winter. Jared promptly came to our house to give a quote. Other companies only gave a
quote over phone. Jared uses powerful, high end steam cleaning equipment. Jared
measured the accessible area of our tile floors, not just the overall square footage of each
room. His quote was the least of all the quotes we received. But Jared did not clean our
floors. He explained to us that we would not see any appreciable difference in our floors
after the steam cleaning process. We have porcelain tile floors that mimic dark hardwood
floors. The grout lines are extremely narrow. Normal mopping is all we needed. Because of
his integrity, Jared chose to miss out on job rather than sell us a service we did not need.

Jared at JJ Steam Cleaning did a Great Job helping me clean a bundle of items from giant sectional to old recliner-mostly wood, 4-5ft. bistro corner cushions, and an 8x10 rug(upstairs!)
We are moving into the grandfather's house and needed to freshen up the upholsteries and a beautiful old area rug - Like yesterday! He was ready for anything I needed, we went over all the details pertaining to the long life of each item. Very considerate to group most items in one room as I was moving/unloading things into the house, working from home on a laptop, and taking care of my youngest daughter. Great hussle all around, Even during the cold TX(50*) rain downpouring the entire time(2.5 inches). He was attentive to the items and it SHOWS! Very appreciative as we start fresh.
