My assessment and intervention plans utilize and are based on evidence-based practices, foundational knowledge, clinical expertise and ultimately what works best for each child. Each assessment and intervention plan is individualized to the client’s current skills, incorporating personal interests, while building on a foundation of strong rapport. Intervention plans include collaboration with other professionals and family members, which is an essential aspect of providing the most effective intervention.
