Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor who received her degree from Loyola University. As an integrative psychotherapist, she draws from a range of techniques, using cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic models. She enjoys exploring the interplay of body, mind, and spirit and how these different facets, as well as our many cultural roles, help to sustain our True Self.
