Welcome! I'm Jennifer Berry, PMHNP-BC, founder of LUNA Mind & Wellness. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck in patterns you cannot explain, you are in the right place. I believe healing begins when you are truly heard. I offer integrative mental health treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. This includes medication, nutritional support, and lifestyle changes. I also use EMDR therapy to help uncover and shift core beliefs.
