Our Family practice physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners at the JCMH Medical Clinic provide ongoing primary care and comprehensive medical evaluations for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. For your convenience, Same Day Appointments are available. Our full-service care includes preventative care, diagnostics, urgent care, and minor outpatient surgery. This clinic also includes our Podiatry, and Nephrology services.
