I have been working in healthcare for 60 years. I have worked as a nurse at the bedside, respiratory therapist, ICU, CCU, OB, Labor and Delivery, Air ambulance, ER, and Nurse Practitioner. I have accumulated over 15 years of formal education and many continuing education seminars, multitudes of books, and most of all the experience of watching the response of patients to the therapies others and myself have prescribed. Hippocrates is the father of medicine. He stated food is medicine. Lifestyle is medicine. As we become more modernized, we are moving farther away from nature in terms of food, lifestyle, and ways of living.
