I am a licensed clinical social worker and I've worked with many different clients, that have various presenting concerns. My background is in psychiatric mental health and co-occurring diagnoses. I treat all my clients with empathy and absolute positive regard. Depending on your needs, I customize your treatment plan to achieve your goals and overall well being. I use evidence based practice to ensure you are receiving the care needed to obtain optimal wellness.
I love to incorporate mindfulness practice with all my clients and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation for my therapeutic process. I'm a part of Great Care Health Services. Our specialties are psychiatry & medication management and all other mental health concerns.
