Integrity Urgent Care in Tyler (East), Texas will provide fast, affordable treatment for a wide variety of non-life threatening injuries and illnesses. This location will also offer occupational medicine, sports medicine, STI screening and treatment, lab testing, and diagnostic testing. It will feature an x-ray and EKG machine on-site. This and all other locations will accept a wide variety of insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Uninsured patients will still be welcome, and we will offer affordable payment options for everyone.
In addition to providing care to Tyler residents, we also serve the surrounding communities including Bascom, Browning, Chapel Hill, Douglas, Elberta, and Owentown.
