In a quest to improve physical therapy treatment in the region, Dr. Tracy Hernandez developed her own innovative treatment strategy and opened the doors to Innovative Therapy & Wellness in 2001. Since then she has been helping people heal well, move well, and live well.

Her concept was to provide one-on-one, full-hour treatment sessions with a licensed physical therapist who would focus on identifying the source of the pain…not just treat the symptoms. Unlike the average facility consisting of therapist aides and technicians, Innovative Therapy & Wellness only employs licensed physical therapists with advanced clinical knowledge and skills. Their reputation for successful outcomes when dealing with complex cases has allowed them to grow largely by patient referral.

Today, Innovative Therapy & Wellness is an integrated physical therapy and wellness practice with a team of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to helping others enhance their health and well-being.
