Inland Northwest Research (INWR) was founded to fill a critical need: access to cutting-edge movement disorder clinical trials in the Inland Northwest. As the only dedicated research site of its kind between Seattle and Minneapolis, we act as a beacon for patients and families facing Parkinson's, Huntington's, and related neurodegenerative conditions in Spokane, Washington, and beyond. Participants come from across the Western US and Canda including Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, British Columbia, Wyoming, California, and more.

Our mission is simple: conduct high-quality, impactful research that advances therapeutic options while ensuring every individual who participates feels profoundly respected, supported, and cared for.
