The founding companies that formed Indiana Professional Management Group(IPMG) were among the first in the State of Indiana to provide Case Management services when Indiana's Home and Community Based Services were initially created in the early 1990s. As a result, IPMG brings years of experience to our services, and we are happy to use that experience for the betterment of the lives of the Individuals we serve.
As a certified provider of Indiana's Home and Community Based Services Programs, IPMG provides Case Management services for Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Care Management for Individuals 59 and younger with health or medical related conditions, and Wraparound Facilitation services to children with emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
