Imaging and Radiology - University Highlands

The Imaging (Radiology) services at Lee Health provide a comprehensive suite of diagnostic imaging and radiologic procedures, delivered across multiple outpatient locations throughout Southwest Florida. These facilities are equipped with advanced imaging technologies, including open MRIs, digital imaging systems, interventional radiology, ultrasonography, and more-designed to support physicians in making accurate diagnoses and developing effective treatment plans.
Lee Health has also expanded its network with a new outpatient imaging location at the Southwest Florida Proton Center, which includes their first outpatient 3 Tesla MRI magnet (which delivers higher resolution compared to standard 1.5 T magnets) alongside CT and PET services. Patients are guided through their imaging procedures with clear explanations of what to expect, and the team focuses on convenience-easy scheduling, multiple accessible outpatient locations, and support for follow-up.
