I'm In Transition provides Recovery Housing, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, Medicated Assisted Treatment, Treatment Retentions and other outreach services designed for individuals suffering from drug and alcohol abuse. We are a non-profit organization driven to save lives from overdose. We meet individuals in their place of need and lead them to a path to self-sufficiency and sustainability. Our qualified staff and affiliates are advocates of recovery and aim to see every client overcome their barriers.
