Ignacio Armas, MD, is the President and founding member of Women's Care, one of the largest single specialty obstetrics and gynecology practice in the US. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has an advanced certification in laparoscopic surgery by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. Dr. Armas has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, advanced pelvic reconstruction surgery, and female urinary incontinence surgery. He also has an interest in menopause management and often speaks in the field of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. He has been treating patients with bio-identical hormones since 1986. Dr. Armas has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1982.
