I love kickboxing at the chantilly, Va location all the staff is friendly and supportive extremely motivating I can’t wait for next class.

Love the workout I get at ILKB! One solid hour of all over body workout, the instructors are good at keeping you motivated throughout, environment is clean and the atmosphere is buzzing with encouragement. I’ve been going for just over 6 months now and I’ve seen great results. Worthy investment!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! So I used to be very skinny (120 pounds) through highschool. I was pretty energetic and very active every week (and could eat whatever I wanted). My Junior year, I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor as well as hashimotos disease. Because of this I lost a lot of my energy, became depressed and ate a lot of junk food. I gained 50 pounds within a year and have been having a hard time losing weight and feeling confident while doing it. (Sorry for the long backstory) but Monay and Chris have been what I needed. I'm not a very fast learner I can tell you that, and they are very patient with beginners. They definitely boost your confidence with our fun little chants every day and you can tell they love what they are doing. I have a hard time wanting to work out and this class actually makes me WANT to work out. So if ya'll have a similar situation or you just want to tone out and do something fun, I HIGHLY recommend ilovekickboxing <3
