About Forrest Allen

Dr. Forrest Allen is dual fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine and is double board-certified. He graduated from the University of Kansas, and went on to receive a Master's in Bioethics and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from the Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences. Following a general practice residency in Chicago, he completed his first fellowship at MacNeal Hospital in Primary Care Sports Medicine through Loyola University. He then went on to complete a second fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the Alabama Orthopedic Spine and Sports Clinic in Birmingham.
