Dr. Charles Hartzog has completed a fellowship in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine and is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his residency at Tulane University. He completed his fellowship at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Hartzog has been in private practice since 1997. He has three children.
