Howard & Sons Chimney Repair

I contacted Howard & Sons, requesting repair of my cabin chimney facing (large stone came out). "Denny" contacted me, gave me a quote, and asked for a $600 deposit ("for supplies"). His crew did minor, cosmetic work on the chimney. They apparently attempted to put the stone back in place, but did not secure it and it fell to the cabin deck, breaking a decking plank. I contacted Denny to inquire when the job would be completed. He said he would check and return my call. He did not. I contacted the Howard & Sons office twice. Both times, they said they would refer it to "management" who would call me back after checking. No return call has been received by me.
