My practice includes post joint replacement, ACL reconstruction, and meniscus rehabilitation, as well as treating tendinopathy, running and recreational sports injuries, post MVA injuries, and work related injuries. As a former college basketball player with an active lifestyle, I became a physical therapist to connect performance with injury prevention. My background helps me blend strength training and prehab techniques so patients can safely move better and recover faster.
