We are an immigration law firm located in Overland Park, Kansas. We represent immigrants on appeal before the BIA and the federal courts all over the country. We also represent immigrants before the Kansas City immigration court and individuals, families, and businesses in various immigration issues and applications. After a number of years practicing immigration law at a larger law firm, Matthew Hoppock opened the Hoppock Law Firm, LLC in March, 2015.

The Hoppock Law Firm is located close to I-485, near Johnson County Community College, in Overland Park, Kansas. Much of our work involves immigration litigation, immigration court, criminal immigration issues, BIA appeals, immigration appeals in federal court, and family-based visa petitions.
