Home Instead of Elkhart provides trusted in-home senior care throughout Elkhart County and nearby communities, including Elkhart, Goshen, Bristol, Middlebury, Granger, and Osceola. We help older adults remain safe and independent at home, even as care needs change over time with services such as personal care, companionship, dementia care at home, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and 24 hour care.

Families often reach out after a hospital stay, fall, or when caregiving becomes overwhelming. We provide hospital discharge care to support a safe transition home, as well as respite care to give family caregivers time to rest and recharge.
