I was born in Grand Rapids and raised in Florida. After meeting my wife at Clemson University and teaching in Florida for a few years, we returned to her hometown, Flushing Michigan to continue our careers in public education. While teaching High School science, I earned a Master's Degree in Biology from University of Michigan-Flint. After a very rewarding 27 year teaching career, I recently retired and decided to continue serving my community as a Health Insurance Advisor with HealthMarkets.

At HealthMarkets, we are focused on serving the life, health, retirement and long-term care insurance needs of small businesses and middle-income families and individuals.
