Meet Ki Luders

Born in Tacoma and raised in Seattle, Ki Luders has been a pillar in the insurance industry since 1995. Growing up as an only child until the age of 10, Ki was profoundly influenced by her mother, whose unwavering work ethic, dedication, and strong faith created a stable life for them. Ki admired her mother's resilience, and this instilled in her a deep sense of confidence and determination that has guided her throughout her life.

At 17, Ki moved out of her mother's home, but the lessons of hard work and perseverance she learned from her mother continued to guide her. While completing her senior year of high school, she balanced two jobs, cheered for her school team, and actively engaged as an AIDS activist. Despite the challenges, Ki excelled, and her efforts led her to be crowned Homecoming Queen.

Ki's entrepreneurial spirit blossomed early when she started her own financial services business at just 18 years old. By the age of 25, she made history as the first Black female Regional Vice President for a Fortune 500 company in the Northwest. This remarkable achievement was made possible through her strong faith, the loyalty of her clients, and the support of her incredible team.

At the core of Ki's career is a passion for helping people build wealth, protect their assets, and retire with dignity. Her journey is defined by her commitment to these values, and she continues to inspire others through her work.

Ki works alongside her husband, Alince, and together they have three sons. Their shared vision of helping people reach their goals is truly inspiring. Outside of work, Ki and Alince enjoy traveling, fine dining, boxing fitness, and taking walks near the water.
