I grew up in Bloomington, Illinois, and attended Normal Community High School. I later graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Finance and Business Administration.

I have been self-employed throughout my career, and since 2004, I have been with HealthMarkets Insurance Agency. In my role, I provide clients with a choice model for their insurance needs. Helping others every day is my top priority, and I believe there is no better place to do that than at HealthMarkets.
