DO NOT HIRE! If i could give 0 stars, I would. Our apartment complex recommended this company to us. Everything was great until we went by the apartment the afternoon they were there. We very clearly asked for the company to remove all items in the garage and to remove all items in the room to the right of the apartment. A associate came to our apartment to review the items. The room to the left was never mentioned in the walkthrough or in the phone conversation we had the morning of the service. Multiple bags of groceries (at least $100) were removed. Boxes that had never been used were removed. A box that was open and approximately halfway full with random items (including a $200 hairdryer and a Mac laptop) was removed. The linen closet was opened and sentimental and irreplaceable items were removed. The bathroom was opened and a piece of furniture that was not discussed was removed. When i called to tell the associate this information, he apologized for the miscommunication but did not take ownership that the miscommunication was between he and his employees. I would NEVER operate a business like this. I would NEVER reuse this business or recommend them, and quite honestly, it has soured our experience to the point that we will likely not use any company for this service again.
