Hassan Majeed, MD, is both a psychiatrist and interventional pain management physician. He completed his adult psychiatry residency at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, followed by training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, NY. While practicing psychiatry and addiction medicine in Connecticut, he observed that many of his patients suffered from chronic pain. This led him to an interventional pain fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Hospital. Dr. Majeed is board certified in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, addiction medicine, and pain medicine.
