Our divorce lawyers handle family law matters in Montgomery & the surrounding areas of Montgomery and Pike County. We are currently charging a low flat fee for uncontested divorces. An uncontested divorce is where both spouses agree on everything. If there is no agreement, you will have to file a contested divorce which is more expensive. Our probate attorneys in Montgomery also help people file petitions with the probate courts. We also handle injury matters and estate planning as well.
