Gwinnett Clinic at Dacula

Gwinnett Clinic is northeast Atlanta's leading relationship-based primary care and multi-specialty group. New adult and adolescent patients are always welcome. We provide full spectrum primary care, including physical exams, chronic disease care, sick visits, and minor urgent care by scheduled appointment. Our patients can call ahead for a same day or next day visit. We accept walk-in visits but recommend you call ahead to ensure you can be seen the same day. Our Lawrenceville location provides many additional services including full spectrum orthopedic surgery and neurology care as well as radiology, imaging, physical therapy and a full-service pharmacy. All 17 of our clinics offer on-site routine lab testing and electrocardiograms.
