Our care center, located in Spring Grove, Minnesota, is a long-term nursing home facility. We're proud to offer the only secure dementia care unit staffed by our compassionate providers who will assist with your daily needs with an extra touch of empathy. We offer many wellness-focused services and activities to empower our residents to live as independently as possible. Our mission is to nurture a family-based care environment by learning about each person and serving their individual needs.
