Mike Aloi is the head of the Workers’ Compensation / Social Security Disability Department. Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Peter’s University in 1981. Mike moved to suburban Philadelphia to attend Temple University, Beasley School of Law, and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1984. Upon graduating from law school, he practiced law in Philadelphia for many years before joining a South Jersey law firm where he worked for the past 16 years eventually becoming a shareholder and the head of the Workers’ Compensation Department. Mike joined Grungo Law on September 1, 2017, and continues to concentrate his practice as a South Jersey workers’ compensation lawyer in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Rich is an expert in the trial of personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other complex cases. His innovative litigation strategies using the latest technologies have resulted in significant jury verdicts and settlements for his clients over the last 25 years. Rich is also a leading voice in new and emerging technologies and was featured in GQ Magazine, Law journals, and other Mainstream News outlets highlighting his knowledge and experience regarding emerging tech and how it figures into the future of business and the law.

Catherine was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2001 and was also admitted to the Florida Bar. She holds a B.S. in criminal justice from Stockton University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, in Miami Florida, where she participated in moot court proceedings. Thereafter, she interned for the Public Defender’s Office in Miami/Dade County.
