When you are injured at work both you and your family suffer. You must now survive on workers' compensation benefits which are two thirds or less of your normal earnings. The insurance company will send you to their company doctor and you will not be advised of all the benefits you are entitled to. The insurance company may not advise you of all your rights to medical treatment. They may not tell you that you could be entitled to a permanent disability award, vocational retraining for some job injuries & lifetime medical care.
Whether your claim has been accepted or denied, you need legal advise. At Keeling & Grove you will receive a free one hour consultation with a Workers' Compensation Specialist. You will not be interviewed by an assistant or staff member. If, after discussing your case, you wish to retain our firm, our legal fees are set at 12 to 15% of your eventual settlement or Award after trial. There are no other costs. If you don't win, we don't get paid. It's as simple as that.
