After starting as an apprentice at Greeley Hat Works in 1993, Trent Johnson went on to purchase the business in 1996. He continues to uphold the longstanding legacy of Greeley Hat Works.

Choosing a shape for your ready-to-ship hat or custom hat can be daunting if you’re not sure what you like. If this is your first time choosing which shape you’d like to have, just remember, these are our most popular hat shapes and any face shape will look great underneath these hats.

The first two styles are our most popular amongst our western customers. The rest of the shapes depend on the look you’re going for, which you can see below. We have some daytime/fedora variations as well as variations that add a little #HATitude® to a “cowboy hat.”
